The main Training Center`s objective is to provide professional development for the Company employed sea-staff. To meet the expectations and requirements of the Company clients the Center offers a range of training and professional development not only in conformity with the requirements of international conventions, but also exceeding them. Various training programs in safety, technical, commercial, legislation, human resources and environmental awareness issues help Ukrainian seafarers to achive and maintain the highest quality of service in ship operations.

The cadet program

After being selected cadets are professionally developed and monitored from induction to promotion in active rank.

A number of ex-Cadets has already achieved the rank of Deck Officers or Engineers and remain in the Company through their career.

Among our awards are: The best cadet program of 2016, Shipmanager of the year 2015, 2016 and 2017, The foreign Company employing the largest number of Ukrainian seafarers for the year of 2016, Conscientious Taxpayer for the year of 2017, etc. These awards emphasize the great role of our Company in the maritime sphere of Ukraine.
